It’s all the rage at the moment.
Being #mindful of your #body it’s a great first step to quieting the #mind.
When I started #meditating I kept falling asleep that’s not to say I don’t nod off now and again but I’m getting better at it.
I usually spend 5 to 10 mins everyday ( or whenever I get a min) to just relax every #muscle in the body from top to toe.
Once the body is relaxed the mind clears and is allowed to #focus.
I focus on sounds in the house, then in the room and around me and finally the breath. Jumping from one sound to another sharpens the focus and heightens my #awareness.
I’ve only been practising for a few months but I have already noticed a clarity of thought, decisions are made quicker with more precision.
#Goals are achieved with more intent and the fog of #procrastination is lifted.
